Palau is home to many activities. It’s abundance of wildlife creates the perfect environment for any person looking to get closer to nature, both above and below the water, boasting as one of the best dive sites on the planet. It is also due to this abundance of biodiversity, that we are committed to the protection and conservation of the area. We work in accordance with many local companies, ensuring the best quality equipment and local knowledge to ensure your enjoyment, as well as minimal impact to the surroundings.
These values are upheld through the sevices we provide with the following iniatives:

Protection of sites - All areas accessed by our clients are regularly monitored for damage, so that the best management techniques can be adopted moving forward, preserving the beauty for future visitors

Protection of Palau - A percentage of our proceedings are invested into purchasing tracts of high biodiversity land to ensure their conservation and research into their intrinsic value to the island.

Local knowledge - Where possible, local companies are used to ensure the highest number of high enjoyment, low impact activities can be hosted. We strive to assist the local community in the preservation of their ideals and culture, and have several projects in place to try and ensure their prosperity as well as ours.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The health and wellbeing of our customers is of the highest priority and so measures have been taken to maximise the safety during your stay with us without impacting your enjoyment:

During any boat or kayak tours, life vests must be worn at all times and will be provided, except during swimming stops and breaks where there will be full supervision. All kayaks will be open kayaks, and a short 30 minute training session will take place in the morning, including a short swim test, to increase confidence and comfort during the day trip.

Any divers will need to provide evidence of qualifications, and for the more challenging or diverse dive sites, evidence of logged dives will need to be provided before access will be allowed

All guides have full first aid training, can swim and can speak English

A vehicle remains on site at all times for emergency hospital visits

All local drivers have been checked before they are registered with us, and their vehicles are subject to a safety test before each use

All equipment is maintained regularly, and damaged equipment is removed from use until it has been repaired and tested

Although comprehensive measures are taken to ensure your wellbeing, wavers will be required to be signed before departing on these tours, placing the customer as ultimately responsible for their own safety whilst on our tours

Dry bags and antibacterial gel will be provided for all tours
